Dr. Bennett Brown, Dr. Dana Leslie Cruz and the staff at Orlin and Cohen in Merrick on Sunrise Highway were efficient, kind and very knowledgeable. Appointments were expeditiously scheduled, medical records, additional X-rays and post surgical procedures were administered quickly and I felt confident in the care I received from my first visit to present time. The facility, waiting room and exam rooms are very clean and well equipped. My health insurance documents were collected and processed expeditiously. OT/PT prescription and follow-up texts and appointment reminders flow well. I feel very fortunate to be a patient @ Orlin and Cohen!

We came to the urgent care without an appointment. We were seen fairly quickly, and the service was great. They reviewed X-rays, brought in a brace, and we were on our way. Whole process took less than an hour. It was very easy to schedule our next appointment with the specialist.

They were great. Quick to schedule the appointment, almost no wait time and the care was amazing. They took XRays on site and had an MRI set up for the same day. Highly recommend for anything ortho related.

This was the only Ortho urgent care available and on a Saturday no less. What a blessing. The wait was short and the staff from front desk to bask of office were extremely warm , professional and accommodating. The PA was so detailed and Informative it was a better experience that my previous Private Ortho Dr visit. If Dr' s treated their patients half as attentive and less dismissive as this PA , patients would be much better and in the way to healing. Best medical experience in years. I will definitely stick to this group for future issues and I have already recommended to multiple individuals that feel unheard elsewhere.

Every time I come to your practice wether it's for PT, an MRI, pain mgmt, or just a regular visit, I am always impressed with how bright, clean amd welcoming the offices are. Every person who I've interacted with so far has been kind and helpful. My wait for any type of visit has never been more than a few minutes. I have already recommended your practice to quite a few other people.

Had a severe stiff neck and needed to see an orthopedic doctor that afternoon that took my insurance. I was a walk-in late on a Saturday afternoon. Dr. Gerber did my knee replacement surgery this past January, so I knew this was a reputable practice. Physician’s assistant was pleasant and helpful.

My son broke his thumb and we needed to have a variety of appointments at different locations (Merrick, Lynbrook and Rockville Centre) each location was amazing and clean! The staff at each could not be nicer and accommodating! All amazing offices
